Since 2008, Hardball New York Training Center has stood as the premier facility in Westchester, embodying excellence in athletic development. Our mission is to empower student-athletes both physically and mentally, fostering a winning attitude and honing the skills necessary for success. Grounded in a philosophy that originated in Miami in 1993, Hardball New York is committed to being the unparalleled destination "Where the Student-Athlete Trains."

We provide an immersive experience within our 9,000 square feet facility, designed to elevate every aspect of an athlete's performance.
Hardball New York offers personalized, private instruction led by a team of exceptional trainers. Our staff, continuously advancing in expertise, ensures the comprehensive development of pitching, hitting, and defensive mechanics, complemented by strategic drills that enhance overall performance.

Throughout the year, Hardball hosts camps and clinics, including summer camps and holiday break camps. Our professional instructors, each achieving collegiate and/or professional success, impart their knowledge in an environment that balances fun with hard work. With a focus on refining pitching, catching, hitting, and fielding mechanics, we are dedicated to enhancing not only each player's game but also their sportsmanship and leadership skills.

OUR STAFF
Our professional instructors, each of whom has achieved collegiate and/or professional level success are trained to develop players of all ages and skill levels. This group of professionals are very dedicated to each player and strive to improve each player's game, sportsmanship and leadership skills.
BILL SULLIVAN
OWNER/PRESIDENT
Hardball NY Owner, President, and Co-Founder Bill Sullivan served as the Head Baseball Coach at NCAA Division II Mercy College for 15 years. During his tenure he coached several All-Conference honorees, including Japan League and former Major League pitcher Brian Sweeney.

Sullivan began his coaching career after playing for legendary skipper and mentor Gene McDonald at La Salle, a NCAA Division I program. He first served as an assistant coach for three years at Mercy College under Timmy Kelly, before taking the helm for the 1994-95 campaign.
Sullivan's baseball background reaches beyond the collegiate level as he has also directed and instructed at numerous youth camps and clinics, including Triple Play Baseball Academy, Cooperstown Diamond National Youth Baseball Academy, University of Miami, Barry University, and Mercy College. During his career he has instructed hundreds of aspiring young athletes, with many alumni going on to collegiate careers.
Sullivan was a three-sport athlete at Clarkstown North, participating in baseball, football, and basketball. During his final year he was selected to play in the Exceptional Seniors Game. He began his own collegiate career at Nichols College, where he posted a 5-3 record as a starting pitcher during his freshman season under coach Al Makasion. Sullivan transferred to La Salle, playing three years under McDonald. He pitched and played the infield during his career with the Explorers.
Sullivan also carries a strong educational background, serving as a teacher for a combined 12 years at Preston High School and Clarkstown North High School. Prior to that he played for three years at Division I La Salle University where he pitched and played the infield. Sullivan is a 1991 graduate of La Salle, earning a bachelors degree in secondary education.
